• Strategic campaign planning & performance marketing – planning, implementing and continuously optimizing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) for data- and KPI-driven lead generation • Development of SEO and SEM strategies to sustainably increase the visibility of GBC Group brands • Lead generation, funnel optimization & KPI management – delivering high-quality leads to Sales and monitoring all activities across the funnel • Creation and analysis of all relevant KPIs (e.g., CPL, conversion rates, number of qualified leads, pipeline impact) • Deriving clear recommendations for action to improve efficiency and performance • Content & conversion marketing – developing conversion-focused content such as educational articles, whitepapers, and other assets to support lead conversion • Design, creation and maintenance of all landing pages • Customer marketing & brand loyalty – planning and executing customer retention measures such as events, customer success stories, use cases and testimonials • Close collaboration with Sales & Executive Management – jointly defining leads, prioritizing target groups and continuously optimizing lead quality.
• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or a comparable qualification with relevant further training • Several years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in an IT environment • Experience with performance campaigns, landing page creation, tracking/analytics and reporting of relevant KPIs • Strong creative skills and pronounced analytical abilities • Team player with excellent communication skills • Advantageous: specialization in areas such as e‑mail automation or marketing automation, as well as strong technical understanding • Willingness to travel occasionally to locations of our subsidiaries
