📋 Description

• Work directly with customers to understand their legal and business workflows, systems, and technical requirements. • Design and build integrations using the GC AI API, from prototype through production deployment. • Help customers deploy GC AI into critical business processes, including contract review, procurement, vendor management, and compliance. • Troubleshoot and debug customer integrations in real time. • Identify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute them back to Product and Engineering as reusable platform capabilities. • Create reference implementations, documentation, and best practices that help future customers move faster. • Travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software. • Experience working directly with customers, users, or stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions (FDE, solutions engineering, consulting, or technical founder backgrounds all count). • Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python and ideally one or more additional languages. • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, webhooks, or platform products. • Ability to lead technical projects with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity. • Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
