📋 Description

• Lead feature development for live video streaming experiences for video producers and consumers. • Collaborate with peers on important decisions about how our applications are architected and built. • Team up with designers, testers, and product managers to find the best solutions for our customers. • Teach and learn with engineers across the company. • Promote responsible engineering practices and mentor team members. • Drive consensus on your team and solutions to challenging problems. • Engineer software solutions with an emphasis on high-quality development standards, ensuring reliability, and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience leading successful iOS projects and shipping beautiful, high-quality apps. • Experience with regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices. • Can evaluate and develop skills in new technologies. • Experience working with the latest iOS tech. • Comfort working with a cross-functional product team. • Experience mentoring engineers and organizing work within a team. • Experience weighing specific technical tradeoffs to maximize impact for effort. • Experience creating detailed technical documentation.
