📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, interpret, and present business data • Provide actionable insights supporting informed decision-making and improved business performance across the GEL Services Division • Support retail businesses and shared service functions through analysis of operational, financial, customer, workforce, and other business data • Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools • Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to translate data into practical recommendations • Improve performance, efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and service delivery • Report to the Divisional General Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline • 2–4 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and visualization • Experience developing management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working with multiple data sources and large datasets • Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI • Data cleaning, preparation, and management skills • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools • Experience working with ERP, POS, HRIS, CRM, financial, retail, and/or operational systems • KPI and performance measurement capability • Report automation and process improvement skills • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
