📋 Description

• Support and actively drive IT application initiatives across the Group, prioritizing SAP S/4HANA under Project Atlas • Participate in all SAP implementation phases, including design, build, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, with follow-up and escalation as needed • Coordinate business teams, IT, and system integrators to deliver project milestones • Support cutover planning and execution for go-live across multiple countries • Prepare and consolidate project status updates for IT leadership • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Collaborate on solution design and validate system integrator proposals • Support functional and technical implementation documentation • Analyze and support SAP integrations with POS, payroll, finance tools, and other enterprise systems • Review interface designs, mappings, data flows, dependencies, and integration approaches • Troubleshoot integration issues and support integration activities across the lifecycle • Act as an operational point of contact for system integrators and vendors • Coordinate and challenge vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and accountability • Support IT governance processes including Incident, Request, Change, and Release Management • Ensure applications comply with IT standards, architecture guidelines, and security policies • Support UAT, test scenario definition, defect analysis, change management, training preparation, and knowledge transfer • Identify risks and improvement opportunities; follow up on mitigation actions • Monitor system performance and usage and drive standardization, automation, and improved system utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory) • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations; Finance/RTR highly preferred • Proven experience across the end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from Explore to Hypercare • Strong understanding of business processes including RTR, MTI, PTP, and QTC • Solid knowledge of system integrations, APIs, web services, and data flows • Experience with enterprise application ecosystems, including SAP and non-SAP systems • Ability to review, validate, and challenge technical and functional solutions • Strong understanding of data structures, master data, and transactional processes • Techno-functional ability to bridge business and IT • Ability to analyze cross-application dependencies and impacts • Strong problem-solving skills in complex, multi-system environments • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • High sense of ownership, accountability, and execution focus • Ability to influence without direct authority • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Ability to work under pressure in high-demand project environments • 10+ years of experience in IT applications, system implementations, or ERP environments • 6+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (required) • Experience in ERP transformation programs is highly preferred • Experience working with system integrators and external vendors • Experience in regional or multi-country environments is a plus • Position requires occasional domestic and international travel
