• Lead the development, governance, and improvement of corporate visual identity in alignment with the company’s vision and positioning. • Develop and govern brand systems, guidelines, and toolkits for consistent implementation in all regions. • Design and deliver brand training programs and workshops to build brand literacy, drive adoption, and promote cross-departmental alignment. • Develop restaurant branding concepts, including naming, logos, brand books, renderings, and experiential frameworks. • Oversee trade marketing materials and brand deployment for new openings. • Guide the visual integration of branding in physical spaces. • Develop high-impact marketing and communication assets aligned with brand standards. • Lead and design creative concepts for internal, external, and digital campaigns. • Partner with the Strategic Communications Manager to ensure narrative and visual coherence in all campaigns. • Lead the visual identity for all internal communications. • Manage the end-to-end production process for audiovisual pieces. • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-performing internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic branding, graphic design, and creative direction in multinational environments • Master's degree in graphic design, with additional studies or expertise in Creative Direction, Advertising, Marketing, Comms or related fields • Proven experience building brands from scratch: naming, branding systems, visual identity, and B2C concepts • Proven portfolio in audiovisual production, covering video, animation, and digital formats • Experience leading internal and external creative campaigns at regional or global scale • Must be a plus to have experience working with Latam and Caribbean countries. • Technical Expertise Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) • AI tools for design and video (Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, etc.) • Figma, motion graphics, video editing tools. • Knowledge of UX/UI and digital content design. • Bilingual: Spanish and English. • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain effective, trust-based relationships. • Proven capability to lead end-to-end projects with autonomy, structure, and accountability. • Sharp problem-solving skills and sound judgment to address challenges with clarity and focus. • Ability to remain composed under pressure while sustaining high-quality execution. • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal maturity to manage complex situations with sensitivity and presence.
