📋 Description
• Facilitate group tutoring sessions for ABSN programs via the online learning environment • Provide academic support to students by providing course content clarity on difficult concepts, answering course content questions, and reviewing best practices in study skills, time management, and stress management • Maintain nursing competence based on current trends in healthcare and nursing academic environments • Create a supportive online learning environment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, MSN preferred • Active, Unencumbered RN License • 2 years of experience providing support to others in precepting, tutoring, training, instruction, advising academic support services or classroom instruction required • 2 years of recent nursing experience required • Excellent communication skills with high degree of professionalism
