📋 Description
• Provide program instruction in an online format • Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, cutting-edge technologies, and other industry trends • Equip students with the required skill set • Facilitate classroom discussions • Assess student performance • Prepare students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession • Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students • Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes • Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes • Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
🎯 Requirements
• Doctorate in Special Education or Doctorate in Elementary Education or Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction or Doctorate in Learning and Teaching or Doctorate in Educational Psychology or Doctorate in Psychology AND valid state teacher full special education and elementary education certification. • Masters in Special Education or Masters in Elementary Education or Masters in Curriculum and Instruction AND valid state teacher special education and elementary education certification AND exceptional expertise to include a minimum of 2 items. • Minimum of 3 years teaching students with disabilities grades K-12 or teaching in an inclusive general education setting for grades K-8.
