📋 Description

• Responsible for requirements gatherings • Perform business process analysis and create use case prioritization • Create/design solutions for Business processes and process mappings • Create/update all necessary documentation • Lead stakeholder workshops execution with focus on Agentic AI capabilities • Perform necessary testing • Lead user adoption/training activities to include training content creation • Work with necessary change management boards as required • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Business process analysis and process mapping • Microsoft Copilot Studio functional knowledge is preferred • Public sector experience is preferred • Requirements gathering and documentation • AI and intelligent automation use case identification • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate insights with attention to detail and accuracy. • Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs.
