📋 Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflows, data structures, and dashboards. • Lead a small technical team and collaborate with task leads, HRSA, and OPTN 360 platform stakeholders. • Conduct structured requirements gathering to define functional and non-functional requirements. • Serve as the primary interface between the project’s technical team and the OPTN 360 team. • Oversee the design of data models, tracking tools, and dashboards.

• 6 + years of related experience • Skills: Business Processes, Collaboration, Information Systems, Process Analysis • US Citizenship Required: No.
