📋 Description

• Analyze user/business software system requirements and determine needs • Determine the functionality of an application and perform upgrades over time • Maintain documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow • Create Interface Control Documents (ICD) documenting existing and future interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferred but not required • Experience with COBOL, IBM z/OS, Mainframe Computers • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions • Proficiency in JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS and CICS • Strong knowledge of batch processing and online transaction processing
