📋 Description
• Lead day-to-day infrastructure operations across program functions • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational activities • Manage staffing and resource allocation to meet mission requirements • Oversee compliance and continuous improvement of KPIs • Mentor and develop staff, fostering accountability and professional growth
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in program/operations management within Federal contracting • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of deployment and operations experience in a cloud environment • Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, etc. • Must be able to obtain a Veterans Affairs Public Trust
