📋 Description
• Interface with the FDIC leadership to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needs • Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers • Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs • Develop and lead program teams to develop a collaborative team culture • Provide leadership across the new business development lifecycle • Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • 10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience • Proven experience driving culture change and leading dynamic mission-focused teams • Strong strategic development and implementation experience • Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution • Ability to obtain relevant FDIC clearances
