📋 Description

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of applications and services • Ensure successful delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with CBP mission priorities • Partner with program leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders • Manage portfolio schedules, backlogs, risks, and dependencies • Drive service improvements through analysis of business processes and technology solutions • Oversee delivery of projects, enhancements, incidents, and change requests • Evaluate technologies and operational approaches • Brief leadership on portfolio performance, risks, priorities, and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • 15+ years managing large-scale federal IT programs or application portfolios • Experience leading multiple software development or operations teams • Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and modern IT service delivery • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills • PMP certification • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management discipline
