📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and backlog ownership for a platform consolidating fragmented legacy systems into a unified, modern solution • Collaborate with federal stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate complex policy and operational requirements into actionable product roadmaps • Drive measurable outcomes through OKRs, User Validation Events, and quarterly roadmap delivery aligned to contractual milestones • Coordinate cross-team dependencies with DevSecOps, security/compliance, and UX

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong product mindset including hypothesis-driven development and data-driven results • User-centered thinking and ability to collaborate with UX teams on complex federal workflows • Strategic roadmapping and prioritization across contractual milestones • Expertise in navigating complex federal client ecosystems and building long-term partnerships • Proven ability to manage multiple full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery • Strong leadership and communication skills, adept at federal stakeholder management • Security clearance: Active Secret US citizenship required.
