📋 Description

• Responsible for development and implementation of assigned projects • Provides a single point of contact for projects • Serves as the Contractor interface for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) • Supports WCOSS HPC operational systems 24x7 • Implements new HPC operational system while maintaining legacy operations • Provides leadership and mentoring to senior HPC professionals • Ensures compliance with NIST and FISMA security control requirements • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables • Leads integration of vendor tasks and tracks vendor deliverables • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager for large ($500M) • Project Management Professional Certification • Project management experience in a High Performance Computing (HPC) environment • Ability to communicate clearly to Government stakeholders • Technical experience architecting or maintaining high-performance computers • Experience managing teams of geographically dispersed staff • Experience developing and sustaining productive relationships with demanding clients
