• Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, and process simplification • Management of a team of people covering the full range of DAWs within the Controllership family • Developing expertise within function and growing reputation within the organization • Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function • Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area • Leads others to find creative solutions to complex problems
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in Finance & Controllership Management for roles outside of the USA • Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with relevant experience) for roles in the USA • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
