📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across System Design, Integration and Testing. • Define and execute a clear vision and operating model for the Digital Control System Engineering organization in alignment with the GA Engineering strategy. • Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of engineering deliverables. • Analyze and best utilize our automation portfolio options including DS Agile, IEMS, G500, GPG, D20. • Provide guidance and review for project-critical design decisions. • Support bid and project execution phases by defining system-level concepts and integration strategies. • Collaborate with global engineering teams, project management, and supply chain to ensure smooth system integration and handover to commissioning. • Build strong succession and competency development plans for all subfunctions. • Partner closely with NPI, Tendering, and Regional Commercial teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university or college. • 8 years in electricity and automation engineering, including distribution automation, substation digitization, diagnostics, APM, device management, and cybersecurity • 3 years designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, IEC 61850, firewalls, cybersecurity, and networking • 5 years managing engineering teams • Fully fluent in English • Willingness to travel 30% in the US and Canada
