📋 Description

• Implementing customer-specific requirements for electrical building services systems in tender and specification documents • Providing technical guidance to external design offices during conceptual, execution, and installation planning • Supporting the design and implementation of systems such as fire and intruder alarm systems, CCTV, electrical installations, interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting, and lightning protection • Close coordination and collaboration with international, multidisciplinary project teams • Supporting bid teams with modern technical solutions and optimized cost estimations • Providing technical support to site personnel during the construction phase • Carrying out inspections and acceptance tests in the field of electrical building services and following up on open items • Contributing to the preparation of technical documentation and compiling acceptance and final documentation according to customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor) or master craftsman qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable field • Experience in electrical planning and execution of technical building services, preferably in an industrial environment • Familiarity with 2D and 3D design tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or BIM360 • Experience in intercultural project collaboration and willingness to travel domestically and internationally • Self-motivation, a proactive working style, creativity, and a strong quality- and results-orientation • Ability to collaborate across functions in complex project structures • Excellent German language skills and good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken
