📋 Description

• Leading the sourcing team, supporting End to End Sourcing / Procurement processes related to Field Services Operations • Developing close partnerships and interact with internal stakeholders • Managing a team that interfaces with suppliers, partners, internal vendors, EHS, and auditors • Ensuring sourcing policies are aligned to the business needs and services are executed under the compliance rules • Defining the field service sourcing strategy that will enable service teams to meet SQDC objectives • Reporting to the Steam Power Fossil / Industrial Field Services Leader and indirectly Clean Combustion • Developing S&OP long range forecast for Americas supplier needs • Mitigating supply chain risks through the creation of risk management strategies and lessons learned • Leading problem solving and use judgment to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement • Driving a culture of continuous improvement through Lean

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent work experience • 10 years of professional of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project management experience • Experience related to Field services execution • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as required • Fluent in Spanish will be a plus
