📋 Description

• Develop a strong technical expertise on Gas Insulated Switchgear • Provide technical advice and training to the Sales Team and Customers • Be responsible to achieve Order Intake and profitability targets. • Understand the RFQ / Customer's demand. • Trigger the tendering process: Go/No Go, target price setting, value proposition parameters, winning strategies. • Prepare and submit compliant and attractive offers. • Negotiate contracts: lead clarification process, resolve open concerns. • Develop and execute a plan to grow products, target markets and identify key accounts. • Partner with the regional commercial teams to drive market share growth. • Provide leadership and support to channel partners. • Maintain commercial databases with up-to-date and accurate information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 10 years of experience within utility industry with role of similar responsibilities • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and some international travel as needed mainly for direct customer interaction. • Availability for an intensive international training (up to six months) • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
