📋 Description
• The focal point to provide technical leadership on projects for FPSO E-House business. • Work alongside project management teams, lead and coordinate design teams to meet project objectives (quality, cost, delivery). • Provide technical guidance and advice to the customer. • Identify and implement improvements on processes, tools and system solutions. • Execute design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. • Manage engineering deliverables. • Plan and progress all EIT installation design, Installation design validation and monitoring document flow. • Provide technical support resolving clashes and design errors at site. • Produce design drawings, specifications and documentation for EIT systems and supporting equipment. • Review of technical drawings, documents and electrical schematics for technical compliance and functionality. • Collaborate across the function including Sales and ComOps for sales support with providing technical assistance to tendering.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college / university in Electrical Engineering. • Possess at least 10 years’ experience in a similar site-based role within FPSO, offshore oil and gas and/or marine sectors. • Draw on their excellent communication skills, to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in offshore marine industry especially FPSO E-houses. • Proficient in using Autocad, Navisworks, E3D and S3D design tools. • Ability to read and write technical specifications. • Excellence in Customer Service. • Commercial awareness. • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
