📋 Description
• Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the R1S / pre-ITO process while interfacing with the commercial team. • Possesses a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies. • Calculation of plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency. • Documentation of technical specifications & costing elements for further contract execution phases. • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. • Serves as best practice/quality resource. • Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. • Takes new perspective on existing solutions. • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions. • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. • Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical • Knowledge of Gas turbine operations, hands on working on B / E / F / HA Platforms. • Previous knowledge of CM&U, New unit RCAE process / Perf engg will be of value. • Significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering.
