📋 Description

• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments • Seek new technologies to upgrade or replace the aging fleet of tools • Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in both BWR and PWR markets • Continue to own Continuous Improvement of Overwatch processes • Support the process of tooling conceptual design, field delivery and beyond • Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage • Single point of contact for Outage execution • Work with field services training and staffing team to build out field execution teams, the SME will be the lead instructor for training courses • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements • Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline from an accredited college/university OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in BWR maintenance management or inspection services • Minimum 3-year leadership of field teams working at customer sites as well as leading design engineering teams • Experience in BWRVIP, ASME and ISI programs implemented by nuclear plants • This position requires frequent travel (70% of the time or more) • Must be willing to work in radiation-controlled areas and radioactively contaminated areas
