📋 Description

• Responsible for Site MEP construction, installation & coordination of HVAC, FF/FA, SPL, Plumbing and security activities at company project’s. • Actively manage Site MEP construction, testing & commissioning activities (HVAC, FF/FA, SPL, Plumbing and security activities) during project OTR phase and participation in ITO phase as needed. • Control of Subcontractors progress and oversight/planning of Site resources, reporting, liaise with other project stakeholders (e.g. Client, Site Consultant, Project Management, Civil works, CW/MEP Engineering, EHS, Quality,..etc). • Utilize & develop in-depth knowledge of MEP technical aspects. • Use prior experience and acquire technical expertise to execute the construction strategy. • Supervise & inspect MEP works execution maintaining QA/QC and EHS requirements including ability to carry out MEP items QS/take-off and invoices validation. • Prepare and timely provide Site Reports/documentation and accurate internal and external reports (Daily, Bi Weekly, Monthly, 3 weeks lookahead Incidents, PTW, QA/QC..etc). • Ensure contractual obligations are met and attend technical & progress meetings internal as well as with Customers. • Ensure all in-Site activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures. • Provide expert consultation on complex projects. Planning; possibly recommending and administering policies and procedures. • Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality. • Support the business growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/electrical/civil). • Minimum of 8 years of experience in 380kv Substation and other power projects • Strong knowledge in MEP works construction, Testing & commissioning include liaison with Civil and electrical equipment installation activities. • Strong knowledge in MEP works Codes, standards, QS/take-off & resources planning/Estimate SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) C2 certificate • Ability to work in sites south of Saudi Arabia • Ability to understand and implement technical drawings (wiring diagram, P&ID, General Arrangement, etc…). • Strong computer skills using AutoCAD & MS Office Software Suite. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel • Fluency in Arabic is a plus • Ability to work under pressure; Take ownership of onsite activities • Willing to travel, relocate in country and worldwide, and to work over-time • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal skills.
