📋 Description

• responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources • responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline • ensures project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario • responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections • ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer • includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development • utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy • acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in project management • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders • PMP Certification • This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
