📋 Description

• Expertise to Install the Motors and Generators as per the Mechanical Assembly and installation drawings • Knowledge and ability to execute electrical tests in DC Motors, MV AC Electrical Motors and Generators • Knowledge and ability to perform tests and inspections in Medium and Large DC rotating machines • Knowledge and ability to perform motors & generators Start-up/Commissioning • Knowledge and ability to execute assembly/disassembly of electrical components such as cables, capacitors, RTDs, surge arresters, fan motors, CTs, TCs, winding • Knowledge and ability to execute mechanical inspections in Large and Medium electrical rotating machines (motors & generators) • Knowledge and ability to perform shaft alignments • Knowledge and ability to execute assembly/disassembly of mechanical components • Experience in solving vibrations issues and balancing execution of high-speed rotating machines • Ability to interpret schematics, engineering drawings, P&IDs, and wiring prints. • Knowledgeable to perform Vibration testing and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical Fitter//Mechanical Diploma/Mechanical Graduate Engineer • Min 3-5 years of experience working with mechanical maintenance of large and medium rotating machines. • Installation of Large Motor and Erection Service and retrofit of Medium voltage DC/AC Motors,( Synchronous and Induction Machines) • Language & communication skills. • Availability to work outside of the office (travel) 85% of the working time
