📋 Description
• Define a clear product vision that aligns customer value with technical feasibility and business objectives • Translate complex market needs into detailed, actionable requirements for research and development teams • Own the product backlog to ensure the most impactful initiatives are prioritized and delivered • Collaborate across engineering, quality, and commercial teams for effective product delivery • Monitor product performance through key metrics and feedback to drive iterative enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field • Substantive experience in product management, systems, or application engineering within power systems, protection and control, or substation automation • Deep working knowledge of protection and control relays and digital substation technologies • Ability to communicate with impact in English • Comfortable navigating Agile methodologies and modern product development lifecycles • Familiarity with GE Vernova Grid Automation products or equivalent competitive solutions • Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC 61850, IEC 61508, DNP3, Modbus, and essential cybersecurity protocols • Experience contributing to the industry through technical papers, journal articles, or conference presentations.
