📋 Description

• Support the Procurement Manager in leading procurement execution across Grid Solutions projects in the North America region for the ACS product line • Oversee a team of project buyers and PPLMs to ensure all procurement activities are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with sourcing policies • Act as the first line of leadership and escalation, driving operational performance and KPI achievement • Manage daily procurement execution activities, ensuring timely PO creation, approvals, documentation, and expediting • Track and report procurement performance metrics and drive improvement actions • Conduct regular team meetings and provide onboarding and continuous training to team members • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen performance and problem-solving • Foster a culture of operational discipline, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, specifically in project-based industries (Energy, Industrial, EPC, or Manufacturing) • At least 3 years of team leadership experience • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring small teams • Strong understanding of sourcing processes, supplier management, and ERP systems (SAP) • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • You must have legal authorization to work in Canada
