📋 Description

• Manage daily procurement execution activities, ensuring timely PO creation, approvals, documentation, and expediting in line with project schedules. • Act as the first point of escalation for procurement execution and supplier-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders. • Track and report procurement performance metrics (On-Time Delivery, PO Cycle Time, Savings, Claim Resolution, etc.) and drive improvement actions. • Conduct regular team meetings with the team. • Provide onboarding and continuous training to the team members. • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen performance and problem-solving. • Hold regular one-to-one discussions to give feedback and support growth. • Foster a culture of operational discipline, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, specifically in project-based industries (Energy, Industrial, EPC, or Manufacturing). • At least 3 years of team leadership experience • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring small teams. • Strong understanding of sourcing processes, supplier management, and ERP systems (SAP) • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • You must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
