📋 Description

• Support major and complex projects from request through closeout. • Support projects from the start of execution with contractual analyses and transfer requirements for project subcontractors. • Establish and implement project-specific contractual procedures, including claims, insurance, change orders, correspondence and notices. • Support the identification and analysis of project risks and opportunities. • Provide support and advice to the project team on general contractual issues and claims. • Clarify contractual/legal requests, consulting the legal department when necessary. • Provide support in the event of potential disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business, finance, law, engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college. • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a contract management role. • Fluent in English and French. • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
