📋 Description
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals • Lead product discovery to validate problems and de-risk solutions before scaling • Engage deeply with customers to uncover insights and opportunities • Translate customer needs and product strategy into clear, actionable R&D requirements • Prioritize outcomes over outputs—focus on solving problems, not just shipping features • Own the product’s business case, profitability, and lifecycle • Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver value • Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to enhance the product ecosystem • Develop go-to-market strategies and support commercial execution • Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and market dynamics • Represent the product at industry events and conferences
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field • 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading complex B2B or industrial software products • Proven ability to prioritize and validate solutions based on evidence • Experience in energy, utilities, smart grid, or device management is a strong plus • Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and SaaS • MBA preferred • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Fluent in English (written & oral), knowledge of French a plus
