📋 Description

• Meet daily service repair needs for customers' equipment • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence • Perform maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of sold or existing products at customer sites • Perform preventive and remedial maintenance services • Manage maintenance facilities and field service engineering activities • Maintain all models specific to a modality in the assigned area • Perform electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems • Interface daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status issues • Ensure satisfaction of primary customers • Assist in account sales visits, train others where necessary, identify sales opportunities, and communicate with the account team • Assist in business growth and direction in the assigned area • Control Warranty, Installation, and PMS contract costs • Complete administration tasks, FMI documentation, and PMS inspection documentation on time • Lead complex and multi-functional room installations • Share best practices and maintain quality systems according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 2-5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent • Expertise on CT or Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine) and/or other Diagnostic Imaging modalities • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer issues and other responsibilities • Strong potential and willingness to learn new techniques • Excellent customer service skills; able to deal tactfully and effectively with customers • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Good team player and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams • Willing to be located across Indonesia (entire Kalimantan) on a permanent basis
