📋 Description

• Meet daily service repair needs for customers’ equipment • Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence • Perform service and maintenance activities at customer sites • Contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products • Perform preventive and remedial maintenance services • Manage maintenance facilities and field service engineering activities • Maintain all modality-specific models in the assigned area • Troubleshoot complex multi-symptom electronic, mechanical, electrical, and IT system-level problems • Interface daily with doctors, radiographers, and biomedical engineers regarding equipment status issues • Ensure satisfaction of primary customers • Assist with account sales visits and train others where necessary • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the account team • Assist business growth and direction in the assigned area • Control Warranty, Installation, and PMS contract costs • Complete administrative tasks, FMI documentation, and PMS inspection documentation on time • Lead complex and multifunctional room installations • Share best practices and maintain quality systems according to GE Service Quality Policy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum of 2–5 years field service experience in healthcare industry or equivalent • Experience handling technical queries for Radiology/Imaging equipment such as MR, CT Scan, Angiography, Molecular Imaging (PETCT, SPECT), Radiopharmacy, or other X-ray types • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over customer issues and other responsibilities • Willingness to learn new techniques • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams • Willing to be located in Southern Sumatera on a permanent basis
