• Recibir llamadas y brindar atención a clientes de Claro con servicio hogar, fidelizarlos, retenerlos y ofrecer soluciones a sus consultas o solicitudes mediante llamadas.
🎯 Requirements
• Laptop o PC propia. • Internet cableado de 50 Mbps como mínimo. • Vivir actualmente en el Perú • Actitud comercial, compromiso y muchas ganas de aprender.
