📋 Description

• Supports the Sales and Business Development organization with a dual approach across the Sales Capture process and the Commercial Operations Process • Spend one third of the time as a metrics-driven leader serving as chief of staff for the S&BD VP • Managing the consolidated order pipeline and key Level 2 KPIs • Lead a team of direct reports and align cross-functional and global stakeholders • Design, deploy, and maintain standard work for capture and Deal Factory processes • Drive proposal process optimization through external benchmarking • Analyze and action customer and employee feedback to prioritize improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development or equivalent commercial leadership experience • Minimum of 4 years of direct People Leadership experience • Minimum of 1 year of problem-solving experience using LEAN methodologies
