• Responsible for executing Payroll & Benefits processes for France and Sweden • Support other countries as required • Develop an understanding of Payroll & Benefits systems and legislative rules • Emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support HR decisions • Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement • Promote effective relationships and work cross-functionally
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent French Speaker • Basic experience in the Human Resources & Payroll and Benefits Service Delivery • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant experience • Knowledge of France and Sweden payroll processes
