📋 Description

• Deliver on-site and remote in-depth training sessions to external customers • Provide clinical expertise and solutions to complex customer challenges • Design and deliver tailored training programs, including digital and online learning solutions • Analyze local market trends and customer needs to support commercial strategies • Collaborate with Segment and Product Managers to expand into new care areas and markets • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key accounts, and clinical partners • Identify and support workshops, congresses, and training programs • Train and support internal teams on new technologies • Monitor competitive offerings and market dynamics • Mentor colleagues and support collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with relevant ultrasound clinical/technical experience • Proven experience working with ultrasound systems, preferably in Women’s Health • Strong understanding of clinical education, training methodologies, and implementation processes • Ability to communicate complex information effectively and adapt messaging to different audiences • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%, including frequent overnight stays) • Valid driving license • Proficiency in English • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a high level of ownership • Customer- and growth-oriented mindset • Strong collaborative team-player mindset • Prior medical equipment industry experience, particularly in ultrasound, is advantageous
