📋 Description

• Provide tactical oversight to Applications organization with focus on operational efficiency • Act as subject matter expert • Analyze technical learning needs, tools and financial outcomes • Provide leadership on operational support structure and tools • Drive improvements in customer experience • Collaborate to optimize organizational metrics • Develop operational and financial growth initiatives • Promote Lean methodology • Coordinate resources for goals achievement • Provide quality and EHS leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5 years of Operations/Finance/Customer Service experience • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies • Expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook • Excel expert • Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual • Effective time management and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Solid problem-solving skills
