• Deliver onsite and remote clinical applications training for Molecular Imaging systems, ensuring customers achieve proficiency and confidence in equipment use; • Partner with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to coordinate system installations, clinical go-lives, and user adoption activities; • Support customers in optimizing clinical workflows, image quality, productivity, and patient care outcomes; • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing clinical support and timely solutions to their needs; • Promote the clinical and operational value of GE HealthCare solutions by aligning product capabilities with customer requirements and objectives; • Develop and maintain a network of key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders across the assigned territory; • Support customer events, workshops, trade shows, user meetings, and educational programs through presentations, demonstrations, and clinical expertise; • Utilize digital education tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and support GE HealthCare’s digital transformation initiatives; • Accurately document training activities, customer visits, and interactions in accordance with local processes and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline; • Relevant clinical or applications experience within Molecular Imaging, including Nuclear Medicine and/or PET • Fluency in English and one other Nordic language, both written and verbal; • Ability to deliver clinical education, training, or applications support to healthcare professionals; • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse customer audiences; • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively; • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, spending approximately 70–80% of working time at customer sites.
