• フィールドエンジニアは、担当エリアにおけるフィールド業務全般を行います。 • 顧客満足度の維持・向上に努め、顧客と製品におけるビジネスの成長を最大にします。 • 提携販売店と良好な関係を築きます。
🎯 Requirements
• 電気/ 機械系のフィールドサービス経験1~2年以上(未経験者の場合は電気/コンピューター/ネットワークの基礎知識) • 顧客に論理的に発生事象を説明できるコミュニケーションスキル • オペレーション改善を目的として自分の考えを持ち提案し実行する能力 • マニュアルを読解し点検・修理を正確におこなうスキル • 顧客サイトにて発生した問題に対して正確にエスカレーションし解決に導くことが出来る能力 • 普通自動車免許
