• Provide onsite technical support for the installation and preventive and corrective maintenance of customers’ medical and healthcare equipment • Accompany and assist field engineers in Cuiabá, MT • Assess equipment issues and perform appropriate repairs • Verify and approve the operational quality of equipment and systems • Accurately and promptly document repair activities, work orders, service reports, time and expenses, preventive maintenance activities, purchase orders, and other duties • Follow GE policies and procedures, hospital protocols, customer procedures, integrity and compliance guidelines, and EHS policies • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide follow-up • Maintain customer relationships and serve as an interface between customers and GE Healthcare organizations • Work with the local team to deliver efficient service to assigned accounts • Track and ensure 100% on-time calibration of test equipment • Identify and immediately report customer quality or compliance concerns • Assist with sales visits and communicate sales opportunities to account teams • Support company growth in the assigned geographic area • Participate in customer training and share best practices • Ensure customer satisfaction according to service, response-time, performance, and quality metrics • Properly use, conserve, maintain, and optimize company assets
• Technical degree, diploma, or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or Telecommunications from an accredited or recognized educational institution • Experience with the maintenance and installation of medical equipment • Experience in customer relationship management and customer service • Analytical and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet applications • Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B • Basic to intermediate English or technical English for reading manuals and participating in training • Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time • Strong planning and effective work organization skills • High standards and commitment to quality • Initiative, concentration, interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn and adapt • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results in uncertain environments
