📋 Description

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on customer equipment • Perform installation, validation and maintenance on assigned equipment • Lead, instruct and assist less experienced Field Engineers • Act as the primary GEHC Services face to the customer • Resolve advanced service repair needs and installations • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow up

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 6 years of experience servicing electronic equipment • High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience • Advanced technical capabilities in including troubleshooting, repair and installation • Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
