📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Service all types of medical imaging equipment in the assigned South-East Algeria/El Oued territory • Diagnose system-wide faults for complex issues • Perform preventive maintenance tasks • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and technicians regarding equipment issues • Identify field opportunities and report them to the sales team • Contribute to business growth and direction in the geographic sector • Control warranty and contract costs • Lead installations of complex, multifunction rooms • Share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronics, industrial maintenance, or instrumentation, or equivalent knowledge/experience • Conversational English required • Knowledge of computer networks • Technical analytical skills • Proven experience in customer service • In-depth knowledge of one or more modalities would be a plus • Category B driver's license • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Initiative and self-motivation • Effective work planning and organizational skills • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
