• Serve as the vital bridge between product development and commercial success • Translate product capabilities into compelling market messaging and customer value propositions • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing Communications, and Clinical Strategy teams • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans • Own the positioning, market forecasting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for assigned Surgery products • Drive global commercialization strategies while partnering with regional teams
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% • MBA or advanced degree preferred • 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology • Demonstrated success launching and marketing complex technology products • Experience with diagnostic imaging technology, medical device marketing regulations, and healthcare market dynamics • Effective communicator and presenter with a proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders • Strategic and collaborative professional who combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, using data-driven insights and creative problem-solving to drive results.
