📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met in all aspects of Encompass product support and implementation. • Handle and manage customer requests for changes to their Encompass maps, including labels and floorplan modifications. • Assist as a secondary trainer, covering training sessions that the primary trainer cannot attend. • Lead vendor teams on-site during new installations and refreshes, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a support role, preferably within a technical environment. • Strong technical skills, particularly in troubleshooting WiFi connections, including: • Understanding of WiFi standards and protocols (e.g., IEEE 802.11). • Ability to perform network diagnostics and use tools such as WiFi analyzers. • Experience with configuring routers and access points. • Knowledge of common WiFi issues and solutions, such as signal interference and bandwidth optimization. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel for on-site installations and training sessions.
