• Role responsible for shaping US strategy for PET amyloid imaging (Vizamyl) and leading a sales team in the Alzheimer's care area within GE Healthcare's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics portfolio. • Drive quarterly/yearly Operating Plan targets (orders, sales, contribution margin, base costs, operating margin) and customer satisfaction/retention. • Develop go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams and understand market dynamics and competition. • Lead education initiatives for referring physicians and office-based resources to drive referrals to imaging centers. • Manage relationships with key customers, collaborate with partners to support Vizamyl delivery and provide high-quality customer experience. • Attract, retain, educate and develop commercial talent; drive performance management and employee engagement; share best practices. • Use GEHC CRM Salesforce to manage opportunities and forecast; communicate and implement variable incentive plans. • Travel to customer meetings, conferences, and team events; location: remote with possible in-person locations in major US cities.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation • Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and building teams • Demonstrated strategic thinking, account planning, funnel management, analytical, data-driven and forecasting skillsets • Willingness to travel 20-50% for customer meetings, conferences, team meetings, and sales team member development
