📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging installation projects from feasibility study through project closure • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity • Manage implementation of GE Healthcare products, services and site preparation • Ensure installations and trainings are completed on time and to quality standards • Deliver projects and manage contractors and third parties in compliance with GE QA and EHS requirements • Act as the primary liaison between GE and customer teams • Work closely with customer facilities and general contractors • Identify, escalate and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and operational targets • Identify project risks, maintain a project risk log and develop action plans • Coordinate GE resources, including product shipping logistics, installation and training • Work cross-functionally with sales and services teams • Participate in regional and global process improvement initiatives • Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience, majoring in BioMedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field • 5 years experience in cross-functional project integration, sales and service support • Strong project management skills • Knowledge of construction fields including civil, structural, architectural, electrical and HVAC, with local regulations and global standard codes preferred • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates • Ability to execute multiple commitments within environmental and customer constraints • Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Must have a valid driver's license • Must be willing and able to travel regularly, with a flexible schedule including overnight travel when necessary • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications • Construction field experience for hospital construction such as civil work, structural, HVAC and clean room desirable • Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously • Ability to independently lead a customer through all aspects of design and requirements • Experience managing people and tasks • Experience working with cross-functional teams
