📋 Description

• Own the full project lifecycle of medical equipment installations, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and customer satisfaction. • Lead the project management and execution process from sales order review to final handover. • Manage project planning, site design/layout, contractor coordination, and documentation submission. • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers. • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and timely project delivery. • Manage project finances, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and engineering teams. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of professional experience • At least 2 years experience in managing similar projects for customers in a cross-functional environment • Experience in construction, IT, or installation projects, ideally in a healthcare setting • Strong customer orientation, especially in clinical environments • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Turkish and English • Ability to work independently from a remote/home office and travel frequently within Istanbul • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with project planning tools like MS Project • Familiarity with GE Healthcare products and the medical technology industry is ideal but not a must have requirement • Formal training in project management; Six Sigma or Lean methodology experience is a plus.
