📋 Description

• Managing sales of products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within the West Balkans & Bulgaria region. • Utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, and customer groups to execute sales strategies effectively. • Analyzing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and differentiate offerings. • Applying commercial experience and analytical thinking to solve complex sales challenges and optimize business performance. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices and integrate sales strategies across different business areas. • Leading small-scale projects with minimal risks and resource requirements, acting as a mentor for less experienced colleagues. • Communicating performance expectations and handling sensitive issues with professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge level). • Advanced experience in Medical Equipment Sales, preferably within the Patient Care Solutions segment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian is considered a plus. • Full clean driving license and ability to travel across the assigned geographical territory.
